Would not recommend. Had new carpet installed in 3 bedrooms and weeks later it already looks darkened, matted down, and old with hardly any use. Terrible customer service and quality. They refuse to make this right with an adjustment or replacement. They will gladly take your money- find a reputable business that guarantees their work. This place is a rip off.
We searched for LVP at many stores. We chose a high quality Cali flooring and were offered the best price at Bob's Carpet. Thanks, Kyle!
Unfortunately, my experience was anything but a pleasurable one. I would never use this company again. We went with this company because they have been in business for many years and thought they were reputable. From start to finish it was terrible. We were given a 7-10 day time frame and other than us calling 3 times and no return calls, a team of 6 show up 7 weeks later and then cut the carpet short and had to have it pieced. We changed the flooring throughout our whole house from carpet & tile to luxury vinyl planking. Our team of Vasilil and Ivan were phenomenal. Their workmanship and work ethic is impeccable. We are also grateful to our sales consultant Kevin B. who called us most every day to check on the progress and to make sure that we were happy with the results.
