Just moved to Ocala and needed flooring for the whole house. Went in and dealt with Mike. Very professional was not pushy I knew what I wanted and he did not try to talk me out of it or upsell to some thing I did not want. He came and measured everything was ordered then came Milton. Installation was delayed. The crew that was sent out was the best and most efficient crew I have ever had. I highly recommend Bobs to anyone looking for flooring. Make sure you ask for Mike.
I had the master bedroom recarpeted. The two installers (Frankie and Santos) did an excellent job - moving the furniture, installing the carpet, vacuuming when complete, and the furniture back in place. I was completely satisfied. This is my second time using Bob's. Both times great jobs.
Bob’s Carpet Mart replaced a mix of 2 different laminates with LVP and I could not be happier. Greg and his crew are true craftsmen, they removed all of the old laminate some of which was installed over ceramic tile, leveled the floors and installed the LVP in 2 days and the results are spectacular. The attention to detail is apparent throughout, even the mitered corners of the trim are perfect.
Spent 10k got a horrible job and brought it to there attention a few times. They came out to look at it and never fixed it correctly. If you are looking for quality work go elsewhere.... 1 star Is far-fetched I'd give a negative star if possible. Got plenty more pictures if anyone is curious. I even have one where you can see the concrete in the corner.... That just screams professionalism (heavy sarcasm) Word to the wise save your money and go somewhere that takes care of the customers.... Bob's don't!
From purchase to demo to install, our experience with Bob's Carpet and Flooring was exceptional. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. Timelines were exceed and Alicia kept in constant contact with us through out the process. We LOVE our new vinyl plank flooring and would highly recommend Bob's! Ask for Mike in the showroom - he is the BEST!
