Mr. Britt opened Britt's Carpet Outlet in 1972. His goal was to provide quality carpeting for the best price as well as providing the best customer service in the SW Florida area. Mr. Britt passed down his traditions and it's been carried on by his daughter (Robin), two son-in-laws (Mike and Steve), and his grandson (Ryan). not a good experience. was not told it would be a 2 day install. not the installers fault. the owner mike was cold and impersonal when he came to measure. ended up with quite a bit of extra carpet so could have saved a couple hundred bucks. was told if I rented my house the warranty was void. this was a 4k job. had to go get a copy of the final invoice and ask for the brand of carpet since I bought it from a roll they had in stock. over 1000 sq ft. this company is not consumer friendly. I will say the son was nice to me.
Bought beautiful carpet from Steve at Cape Coral store. Very nice experience the carpet was installed on said date the installers did outstanding job forgot their names but very happy from beginning to end
My mother purchased wood floors and installation services from these company back in August 2013 for $4000 dollars. Two months later all the floors are bubbling up All over her house . My mother passed away last month and now when I called them to request warranty service to fix the floors they say the floor is not in warranty beacause my mother refused to remove the original floor underneath as they recommended.
