Hours are 9-5. Me and my wife took off work early to go look at new flooring and the hours on the door are 9-5 but closed sign on door. Nice
After months of back and forth, including multiple no-shows, we finally had the floors carpeted a few weeks before selling our house. Bryson Carpets did such a terrible job that the new buyers asked us to have the floors redone as part of the closing agreement. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
August, 2021 - I was very disappointed and frustrated! Jeff's installers walked out him, delaying completion of my installation. It took months to get a paid receipt for the "cash deal," and a year to get Jeff back here to finish trimming seams, both of which I reminded him several times. Then, an exhorbitant quote for inexpensive outdoor carpet (for screened porch) of which I had to remind him a few times as well. I'll not use this company for floor covering again. Jeff Bryson has installed multiple flooring over the years for me he has always done an awesome job and I highly recommend him to anyone needing flooring.
2nd time working with Jeff and Bryson Carpet. Always upfront and honest. Gave us his opinion on the hardwood to go with that would work with our cabinets. Highly recommend Bryson Carpet.
