Treads, risers, and floor boards were 3 different colors and different brands. Garland brought Bruce hardwood floor samples to the house. We agreed upon the Bruce Gunstock hardwood. The contract states "matching" and Bruce". The installer came to the house. He alerted me that the treads, risers, and floor boards that they provided were 3 different colors and different brands. Are these reviews legit? Pricier than I expected. Job not satisfactory as somethings had some issues and I contacted the business who responded the first time and then crickets after. Followed up a second time and was told there was nothing the installer could do to help the problem. Hogwash! It was fixed by me, they just didn't want to come out since they got their money and it would be a waste of their time. Poor service if you ask me. Seek better solutions
Good Prices, Bad Service They have cheap prices but you may need to deal with the irritable owner who is not interested in helping dissatisfied customers. They are ok for a small carpet job but their flooring installers lack attention to detail. I would not use them again or recommend them to friends.
Did not install my carpet right, the sales manager is extremely obnoxious and my carpet was the wrong shade. Also all the reviews on this page are done by employees
Disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We had my son's room carpeted first and were satisfied so we took our business back to get our hallway carpeted. This was a huge disappointment! We had just had our walls professionally painted and they were scuffed and scraped up after the carpet was installed. They were also supposed to carpet a closet, which they didn't. I called to make it known and have been blown off.
OK but wouldn't recommend them. I had carpet installed in my granddaughters nursery. The carpet is nice but the pad (which is the only one available) is thin so it is not as soft to walk on as I had hoped. BTW, we HAD to pay CASH for the 2nd installment after the job was completed, which made me leery of them. Seems to be fine so far but wouldn't use them again.
Horrible. I had two properties that needed carpet installation. They showed up late and insisted on still doing both properties on the same day. They were at my property installing carpet until 9:30 at night. This is even after I asked them not to cause it would bother my tenant. They did a rush job and as absolutely rude and inconsiderate of my convenience as a customer.
Terrible experience (still ongoing). I will start off by saying that we just made settlement on a Friday. Monday we were having a huge job with carpet throughout the entire house and hardwood put into our dining room and foyer. We were told it would be a 3 day job. Day 1 there were some problems which we were not told about, as I had to find them myself. Choose another Company!!! I hope by my review I can reach out to people and not have them go through the same unpleasant and unprofessional ordeal I had to go through. I simply wanted a couple of floors installed and carpets and from day one was a fiasco. I also had to call the police on the owner Mike. He would not even stay and wait for the police to arrive.
