We are thrilled with the quality workmanship and product from Buddy’s Carpet. The floor that needed to be matched was located and found in minutes and the arrangements to install the floor was set and done as promised. No buddy in the carpet business here. Highly disappointed in the customer service. We were the only ones in the store with one sales person who I do not recall introduced himself. As others came in he asked if it was okay to check with them. Of course that was fine. It is difficult to juggle multiple customers. He returned and then excused himself again. No Buddy in the carpet business here. We walked in as the only ones in the store. Several others came in so the one sales person in the store (have no idea of his name and do not recall an introduction) began to show us some carpet. Understandably he had other customers that needed acknowledged and asked if it was okay to check with them. I was fine with that as we looked further at the samples. great until I paid. Work was lacking (left doors off closets that I had to re install) and when I complained about a couple marks on carpet was told they would get back to me and NEVER did. Go to Loews
