We are grateful – Thank you for the excellent service you provided my husband and me during our recent rug purchase. From the time we walked in the door to the day we picked up our rug you were available to us. Your attention to the details of our specific needs was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, in this day and age, service and interest in the customer seem to be low on the priority list of many retailers. You are the exception, and for that we are grateful.
Thank you from Wesley Chapel Mission Center – We can't thank you enough for the carpet that was recently installed in the Youth Room at Wesley Chapel Mission Center in Over-the-Rhine. The dark blended color will certainly hide dirt and stains which is wonderful for a room that is used by teenagers coming in right off the street. Great hardwood floors – I just wanted to get you know that I got a hardwood floor finished by buddies. Org America and they did a fantastic job. contractors were very very courteous. The did the work. They showed up on time, they finish the job. ON time. They cleaned up their best at the end of every day. And I was able to finance the purchase for 24 months, which I couldn't do at the other places that I shopped, and work turned out beautiful, even though it was a very very difficult job.
