Julie is outstanding! We walked into the showroom unsure of what type of carpet samples to view and wanted to stick to a budgeted range. Julie was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided many samples of quality carpets for our needs. Julie impressed us with the many patterns and color options she suggested, and upon writing up the quote saved us more than $500 dollars under budget. Who would ever think a flooring store would be so gracious when you say: no thanks! That's what happened when our carpet installation team from Buddy's flooring showed up to carpet two bedrooms in my new home. As the installation team started their work, we discovered gorgeous wood flooring under the carpet they're removing. I gulped. Over the last 12 years I have used Buddy's for all my carpet purchases at home (we've moved 3 times), and in our small business locations. I cannot say enough great things. We've worked with Jill, who is absolutely wonderful, but everyone there at the store has been helpful, friendly, and kind. We bought carpet from Buddy’s for a property that we we’re selling. Mia came out very quickly to measure and give us a quote. We were able to schedule the installation when we needed it. The installers showed up on time and did an excellent job of installing the carpet. They were friendly and hard workers. They took away all the old carpet and padding. They vacuumed the new carpet and asked us to inspect their work before having us sign their paperwork. We are very happy with the purchase.

Julie was very professional and efficient. She helped me get the best carpet for my space. We also got some new hard wood floors/stairs which turned out great. It while experience was A++. Id recommend her and Buddy's for future projects The installers did an awesome job.
