I was extremely pleased shopping at this store. Very helpful and got my rug in very quickly.
The hardwood floor installation crew, and the carpet installation crew are excellent - hard working, very professional, kept the place clean, excellent finished work.

Waldo was professional, clean and efficient during the installation. I also appreciate Mary's attitude and helpfulness when I thought the wrong carpet had been delivered.
Installation was great. A bit more proactive on the front end getting paperwork signed and installation dates set would be my only suggestion. I felt I had to do the follow up once the carpet was selected to confirm and finalize the next steps.
Excellent in store help and support. Installation was completed very expeditiously.
Curtis was great. Had it not been for his interest and expertise, we would have gone with the company we went with previously, and I don't think we would have wound up with as good a job.
