I have had the absolute pleasure of buying my carpeting from Calvetta bros. I did a lot of looking around before choosing them. I believe they go above and beyond to facilitate customer satisfaction, they truly do. I would recommend them , they are first class. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, I already did the legwork.

We purchased new flooring from Calvetta Brothers last Sept, and it was recently installed. Their initial measurement of our home was 140 sqft more than another company which sent up a red flag. A second measurement was closer. After the install started we noticed that the flooring being installed was not what we ordered. It was the same MFG and color, but a less expensive version. Had them come out and measure. Then got zero follow up. I had to initiate every conversation. We went to the store to pick samples. We repeatedly asked for design assistance and again there was zero follow up. Returned samples and picked up a couple additional samples. Never follow up or assistance with the process. Returned those samples and again never heard from sales person. A very disappointing experience. I do not recommend.

My hardwood flooring was refinished by them but a couple of weeks later, the finish is wearing off. I was assured it would last 5+ years. Plus part of it was not finished at all. I do not think they did what they said they did & weeks later I am still waiting for them to come fix the problem. Not a happy customer.
