On May of 1974 Maurice Caron purchased Berlin’s oldest lumber company by the name of Buber Lumber which had been in operation since 1907. Since that time Caron Building Center has continued to expand its operation and showroom area. I’ve been working with Mike Caron and his team for approximately 14 years. I’ve never had a bad experience at His facility ever. In fact Mike personally as well as his team has on multiple occasions went above and beyond to meet and exceed all my needs. I credit a large portion of my own businesses success to the excellent professional service I receive at Carons.
Brian Dupont has always treated both myself and my family very well every time we’ve needed to rent any equipment from Carons. Always a professional and personable experience with him.
I rely on them for any renovation project I'm undertaking, one off parts I need, and for renting equipment that isn't worth a purchase but needed to complete a job. Brian and Mike are great at identifying the tools and materials that I need and work to get me them as soon as possible and for great prices.
Normally always something good to say but not this time. As a contractor we ordered some carpet tile from there for a local motel. We had to pay up front because there's a special order and it's been almost a month and we still haven't got the item in. Everybody seems to want to pass the buck and nobody wants to take control of the situation. I would not recommend ordering any flooring from there if you want to get it anytime soon.
