Everyone was courteous and respectful.
We replaced our living room carpet with LVT/LVP, and this made a world of difference. It is so easy to clean up the pet hair. Two months later we replaced the floor in another room with the same product. We love our new floors, and the installers did an excellent job both times.
I was very please with my service and the product that I received from carpet city I dealt mostly with Brian he was very helpful especially when I didn't really know what I wanted and he helped guide me in the right direction and it turned out amazing . I had a flaw in my carpet, not recognize till after it was installed but it was immediately rectified they gave me new carpet free install and now it looks perfect I want to thank you all Chris , Gene and Brian for all your help.
