I asked the Green Bay, WI store to cut down an 8’x10’ area rug into a 7’ round and then bind it. They did a beautiful job and in a much shorter timeline than I expected. This is not my first job from them....always very satisfied. Very very friendly associates!

We went to the Marshfield store and Sandy was so knowledgeable, she really took care of us. Also want to acknowledge the great job Aaron P. did on installing our carpet and the respect he gave us as far as social distancing was concerned. We are extremely happy with the carpet and the installation. Look forward to working with them again in the future.

The sales staff in Wisconsin Rapids was terrific. They listened to my needs and presented many options. They continually called to see if I had any questions and were very responsive to setting up installation. I highly recommend them.

I phoned , spoke with Erin who ;istened to what we needed and then brought me a number of samples, gave us a fair price on our choice. The installer came early *7:30 am) to accomodate our need to leave before 8 for a cancer center appointment. Returning arouind noon to see how it was going , the job was done and all cleaned up and vacuumed. We are very happy with our new carpet and wouild use Carpet city again.

Just want to acknowledge the great job Chad Grady did on installing our carpet and the respect he gave us as far as social distancing was concerned. We finally decided to remodel our bathroom and also put in new flooring in a laundry room. We were so fortunate to work with Samantha Pelfrey! She was so helpful. Samantha was professional, yet fun. Always with a smile and always willing to listen. She had us wander around the huge showroom to see what we might like, periodically checking to see if we had questions. We had a great experience from picking out the carpet to the installation. We had planned on going to a few different carpet stores in the area and Carpet City Flooring was our first stop. We had a great experience with Dan, no pressure to buy their carpet or go outside of our budget and provided us all the details to make the right choice for our house. A wonderful experience starting with John who came over to take measurements and was very thorough. We then went to the store to pick out our floor covering and it was a no pressure, honest approach from John again. The installation team was fabulous, they did a wonderful job and cleaned up after the job, please give them raises! We love our new floor and will tell everyone where we purchased it .

Chose Carpet City in Wausau to help with color selections based off of my flooring I already had and what type of tile would go well with my bar area and fire place area. Ordered material and installed product on my own following their instructions of sub-material, grout and mud.
