Ron was great to work with. He had many carpet samples to review and decide on. The installer was amazing. He single handedly installed two rooms. The workmanship was impeccable. He left everything clean when he was finished. This is our second experience working with Ron Schoof and we look forward to working with him again.

Ron Schoof is a jewel! Super competitive pricing on high quality carpet. Knowledge and accommodating when our church wanted to make last-minute changes. Installation crew was courteous, professional (they dis covered spots that required leveling that previous installer overlooked), and worked cheerfully with Ron for additional carpet in other areas of our building.

I was throughly exoressed and pleased with Ron at Direct Carpet in Frisco, TX. Very easy to work with and he worked around my schedule. The guys were in time and did an amazing job. Everything looks great. I’ve only had my new floors a couple of weeks but so far I am very pleased. I would highly recommend this company if your thinking about having your floors redone.

I was beyond impressed with the customer service, timeliness and communication from Pam at Carpet Direct in Durant, OK. They offered tons of options with their selection. In addition, the installer Shadrack was very polite and professional in his services he provided. We are very satisfied with the end result! We will definitely be recommending people to use Pam at Carpet Direct for any flooring needs!

Brandon Burley and his team tiled my bathroom recently and did a fantastic job. He had samples for us to look at and helped us pick out the tile. He also installed a Schluter (waterproofing system) in our shower. These guys were so helpful and professional. I love my new bathroom.

My floors are GORGEOUS!! Shout out to Mike Miles and his installation team for making the process seamless. From the product selection to the finished product, I could not have asked for more!! No reason to go anywhere but Carpet Direct and ask for Mike Miles!

Great group to deal with. Have worked with Bob Everspaugh on several personal projects. He always comes through for me, I've called him in the middle of a project with something that needs attention now and he is on it. If he could only keep stock in his garage I bet I would always get same day delivery. :) Believe me I have gone out and tried to see if Bob has given me the best deal in town and haven't been disappointed yet. Had some wood tile get water damage from a storm last week and noticed a newer Carpet business in Durant so went to see if they could help. Talked with Pam Gilbert and she was a great help, found me a team to come out the next day and replace my floor. I will be doing new carpet in the next few months and I told Pam she has my business!! Thanks!
