I rarely take the time and trouble to submit satisfied reviews, because IMHO businesses should just automatically treat their customers with respect and courtesy. However, I have used Carpet Express twice over the past several years for my flooring needs, and their professionalism and willingness to accommodate my schedule and my "vision" for my home has far surpassed my expectation both times - so I feel I would be remiss in not acknowledging this wonderful family-owned business. Several years ago, Nick and his team installed beautiful off-white carpet throughout my entire home, and annual cleaning by Carpet Express has kept it beautiful. Changes in my lifestyle (retirement, and the addition of a life-partner and a small dog) made me realize I need something easier to maintain. When we decided to put hardwood flooring through the main floor, Carpet Express was our first stop. We met with John and Jessica in the Rocky Point store to select the perfect product, and Nick came to our home again to make sure measurements were still accurate and to answer our questions. He willingly gave advice, and shared his knowledge and expertise to ensure our satisfaction throughout the entire process. He even suggested saving some of the carpet from under the bed so we can replace worn carpet on the stairs if/when needed to save some money down the road. The flooring is finished - it looks wonderful - and we could not be more pleased with everything Nick and his team did to make it happen! I would highly recommend Carpet Express to anyone looking for personal and professional flooring services - you won't be disappointed!

We had Carpet Express come in and clean our ceramic tile floors. You really do not how dirty your floors are until a through and deep cleaning is done. They look like they are brand new. The technicians were courteous and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys

I have used Carpet Express for over 20 years now. I have always been happy with them. I purchased many carpets over the years with them, a new tile floor for my kitchen, and now i am using their carpet cleaning service. The carpet cleaning came out great. My husband and I are very pleased.
They are professional, fair priced, & GREAT to deal with.
They make you feel like family.
