Great experience. Super customer service and great installer(s). Love my new carpet and LVP. Definitely recommend the store and installer.
If you have issues after you’ve paid… they’ll ignore you. Prior to paying, I happened to stop in our home when they were laying carpet padding. We paid for the memory foam upgraded padding. They were attempting to install the cheap particle foam padding. When I called the sales guy tried telling me it’s the same quality. BS!! It’s half the price and very noticeable. Bought vinyl plank flooring. They did a good job installing BUT! It’s been 2 years now and our transition’s still haven’t been installed! The installers won’t return my calls anymore. Very Very disappointing!
Sales people have always been great. Generally has a feel of a discount store with open display with large piles of carpet rolls, but they sell pretty much the same basic brands as other carpet stores and seem to get the edge in pricing. Definitely the place to find smaller carpet rolls if you just want to update carpet in a small area like a single bedroom.
My husband and I had a great experience using Carpet Garage in West Fargo. When we walked into Carpet Garage they were friendly and they took time to explain all their different products. We were there due to an insurance claim and needed flooring replaced. They gladly helped us and because of this, we decided to install additional flooring in our house outside of the claim.
