Julie came to my parent's house and brought a ton of samples. She was so kind and courteous - it made all the difference in the world. The installation team also did a fabulous job - and were in and out in no time. They did excellent work and were very kind to my parents as well.

Really good service. The installer came early and stayed until all the rooms were finished the same day.
After visiting with 3 local dealers in my area of Richmond, TX and not getting callbacks or the service I had hoped for, I finally called Carpet Giant. I am so glad I did! From speaking to Cynthia on the phone to meeting with Manny in the store to our installation team it could not have gone more smoothly! The customer service was excellent (thank you, Julie!), the installers were timely and professional, and the sales process was enjoyable. And, the carpet looks amazing! I just had new flooring installed in my downstairs area. Julie did a incredible job in helping me decide on what flooring to choose. I choose the ceramic tile that looks like wood, it turned out great. Thank you Julie for being so helpful and patient with me. The installers were also amazing and did a fantastic job.
