Fair to middling We got what we paid for. We are not happy with the floor. We don't like the way it was laid, but I guess that's our problem and not anything they did. The guy who laid it was very nice. He was here a long time, it took all day. But I don't think he did a great job, the curbing was very poor at the doorways. Nice people but disorganized... The people in the store are nice as are the installers. It took 2 visits to install because of their mistake on measuring and the order. Also I am unhappy with the carpet installation on the stairs-it looks shoddy and cut wrong.
