I already wrote my post prior to doing this.
Owner is rude and now laminate flooring is coming apart I called about 5 weeks ago to try get someone to fix it and have not seen anyone or heard anything ...over priced for the service you get will not recommended to anyone and will not have more work done by the carpet house
We were told a certain carpet would cost $3.50/sq ft installed. I got the bid for a couple rooms and it seemed high and i thought to call and asky why and got busy and forgot to. After installation we received the bill stating that the cost was $4.49/sq ft. When asked they lied about what they had initially said and made no attempt to make it right. Make sure you get the price in writing.

I am sorry you think you were wronged in any way. You, like all of our customer's, for over 40 years now, were given a price and agreed upon that price (twice) and were given the quality installation that all of our customers expect, then questioned the price after the fact. Again, apologies for any miscommunication.
