Absolutely the worst customer service I think I have ever had... I used Carpetland because the builder had used them when my house was built so I decided to use them for new carpeting .... I initially went out to look at Carpet and spoke with Connie and made arrangements to have my home measured... I have a chronic illness that leaves me sick often, I either end up in the ER, surgery, hospital... of course all 3 of those things were happening so trying to get ahold of Connie was impossible... so I then got Luke and at first ... read more
Awful customer service on more than one occasion. Our builder went through Carpetland so we originally purchased all of our carpet & tile there. I’ve since returned twice to inquire about additional tile AND carpet. The first time I was with my 3 year old son and received zero help carrying out stacks of heavy tile samples. In fact, the man at the counter (who was worthless from the get go) stood and watched while I struggled to back my way out of the door while holding it open for my son!! Carpet land installed lelonium at our business. They failed to tuck lenolium under the cabinet and left a 12 " wide dip in the floor when it was leveled. I have called three times and no one will call me back. I also found out that they double charged on flooring at a friend's home in a new housing development. I am not paying rest of bill till work is completed right.

I would give them negative stars if I could! AWFUL EXPERIENCE - TERRIBLE! We had an absolutely horrible experience with this Carpetland. Their installer, Scott was so incredibly disrespectful to our staff, took no regard for sensitive equipment we had in our clinic to cover things up. The contractor said he didn't even want to be here, then insulted his boss while on the job.
