First time in the store with a mission for a large area rug. I was really surprised at variety of items. Huge stock of large ornate area rugs, timeless to modern styles, great variety of colors. Prices were really good, quality looks good as well. They also had tiles, flooring, etc. staff there was very friendly and helpful. Can spend hours in there!
Both Ryan and Doug were so wonderful to work with. Ryan communicated with us, from the store, every step of the way and was super helpful in selecting our flooring. Then Doug was such a trooper during an install with lots of people at home and a brand new baby. He was so considerate of noise and thorough out the install would check in with us as he had questions. Carpet Mills was excellent to work with!… I had the same two installers each day they came…they were great installers, flexible with the other subs around them and really good guys! They did a 100% great job… !! The showroom itself was a pleasure to work with… great product and total efficiency … Knew their inventory and kept to their schedule! Thank you Jean Luc for everything! Had an excellent experience with installers Cody and Mark. Even added a new project, which they knocked out while here on another one! Great attitude, hard-working, knowledgeable and informative. When I added the project, it was scheduled on the second day and I changed my mind about the material the first night. I called the store early on day 2 and Cory answered before work hours. He then worked through my questions and worked with customer relations person Angela to make sure it got quoted correctly - above and way beyond... read more
