We had excellent service through the installers. They were meticulous with everything they did and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Best service I ever had! Carpet One was courteous and very helpful as well. 5 stars to them, too!
Not just great, knowledgeable service at the time of purchase, but Ernesto stands behind his products and service. We had some minor buckling of our carpet a year after installation and he sent his crew over to restretch it. They were fast, professional and cleaned up everything before they left. We will definitely use Carpet One again and highly recommend them!

I bought my new wood floor here. Ernesto was very knowledgeable. The prices were fair, and the installation was perfect. I wish that I had caught the installers name. I'll be back in the fall for my carpet!
