I wished we had Mark as our salesman, always very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and didn’t give you unprofessional answers when you ask questions about your flooring or carpet. Some people in the store forget we are spending a lot of money with carpet one and we have the right to ask questions. We had two defects in our two different projects which when told about it took over three weeks to make repair.

All I can say is wow. Mark and the wonderful people at this store are amazing. I selected a product and it was installed the next day! Absolutely the nicest people you will ever meet. Love this place.
