Installed my carpet 3 years ago and had a pleasant experience. Last year around this time we contracted with Carpet One to redo all the flooring in our home (except laundry room and bathrooms). We went through the initial process of selecting the flooring and that was a pleasant experience. However, the subcontractors who Carpet One sent to do the job quickly turned our experience into a nightmare. The flooring was laid and looked good.
