Business Response:

We are sorry you were not happy with the carpet you selected for your investment property. All carpets will show some footprints/vacuum marks. Some show more than others. Some berbers (loop pile) or commercial carpets will not show if they are tight enough loops. You were shown many carpet samples and took samples with you to the property before you ultimately decided on the Lexmark pattern carpet. You can clearly see the color changes that occur when brushing the carpet in one direction and then the other. The footprints are natural characteristics of carpet per industry guidelines.

If you need flooring, do yourself a favor and give Carpet Outlets of Texas a chance to show you what they have to offer. The customer service is through the roof, the choices of flooring are endless.....and the finished product is perfection! The employees are so knowledgeable, kind and helpful - not to mention the owner, Bruce Moreland's, clock collection. You will be AMAZED. Stop by and chat.....you won't be disappointed!

I have had them install my flooring twice now, and do not ever want to have to shop any where else. Their staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help you find just the right flooring for your situation. Their installation guys are fabulous. You may be able to find cheaper, but if you want quality and satisfaction go there and tell Marty that mean old Lois sent you and you will be pleased at the outcome. They even finance mine for 12 months with no interest.

Work Completed Date: January 08, 2015 Hire Again: Yes Approximate Cost: $13,779.00 Home Build Year: 1977 Description Of Work: Provided excellent carpeting for our whole house and new tile for our kitchen and granite countertops for our kitchen and two bathrooms along with full demolition and installation of new products. Member Comments: The first was kitchen and bath countertops done by KAT Fabricators. The price and work performed and quality of product e were the best found and done in a professional and completely top of the line manner. The second job was the installation of quality tile in our kitchen that resembled a wood product. The product and installation were exceptional. The third job was replacement of all the carpet in our house. All work was done by professionals with great attention to detail and professionalism. Carpet Outlets had the best price, best service, friendliest personnel and ease in selecting the right products for our home. Would love to use them again and highly recommend their services.
