I spent close to 15 thousand on hardwoods and rugs for my entire downstairs. Juan who was my sales rep did an amazing job. The installers also did an incredible job. Our experience with this company was horrible. The office manager I believe his name of jaun at the kennesaw branch lucks customer service, and should know that before he accuse a customer you Freud he should have all facts. Its humiliating to be accused of freud then, later on tells us that their was grinch in there system.Customers beware of this company
