We had a GREAT experience using Carpet World from the beginning to the end. Ms. Judy provided EXCELLENT customer service throughout the ENTIRE process. She made the process seamless. She allowed us to take carpet sample boards home along with several pictures that she researched and sent to peruse. No rush! We took about 3 weeks to make a selection. I was highly disappointed with the installation of new hard wood floors by Carpet World. The hard wood was installed over a deteriorating subfloor which was never brought to my attention. The bad subfloor should had been obvious to an experienced installer. Apparently, there was no moisture test. From what I understand, a moisture check is standard operating procedure.
