Justin did the flooring in my entire house and was seriously amazing through the whole process. Letting me take home endless samples and be measured the entire house and ensured everything was perfection. I discovered Carpet Yard in one of the local Facebook groups and I’m so happy I did! I worked with Justin to find runners for my staircase and carpet for my playroom. Justin was beyond patient and helpful throughout the entire process and his level of responsiveness and customer service is how all businesses should be. I have been a customer of Carpet Yard since I purchased my home 5 years ago. I can’t recommend this business enough. We have purchased both carpet and engineered flooring. Justin, one of the owners, always guides us in the right direction. We have never been disappointed.
It's amazing when you find a local business to work with that is knowledgeable, kind, and easy to communicate with.. Buying both flooring and carpeting for my home, Justin was incredible to work with. He always returned phone calls and was prompt with delivery and service. I only recommend Capet Yard to all my friends and family.
Justin is the best! He is patient and knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind to re-do a room. He had no problem understanding that I would be ordering the carpet in December but needed to wait for installation until painting was done and the new furniture arriving, scheduled for April. When I was surprised that the furniture was arriving in February instead of April, and I contacted Justin about an earlier delivery, he promptly came to my rescue and had the carpet installed as needed. I've had a great experience working with Justin on a new runner for our stairs and a custom rug for our family room. After visiting the showroom, he brought so many samples to our home so we could be confident in the design choices we were making within our own home/our own lighting. Planning to work on some other projects with him as well in the near future!

I worked with Justin last year when I ordered hardwood floors (I absolutely love them). I recently decided to install vinyl flooring in my basement and reached out to Justin again. He helped me select a floor that would work with my hardwoods, since the rooms are both visible through a connecting staircase. He also helped me chose carpet for the space and coordinated so hardwoods could be installed in another hallway to match our original hardwood project.
