HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Carpets Galore didn't show up for my install and when I called to find out why was told the estimator had mismeasured and my price had increased by 25%. This is after I signed a contract and paid a 50% deposit. After hours of debate, multiple measurements (they didn't trust their own estimators!!!), and being badgered as a customer, I finally cancelled the job when they demanded a cash payment up-front.
