Glenn made purchasing my new carpet easy and hassle free. Super knowledgeable and put me into the perfect grade for my high traffic condo. Additionally was super patient with me dealing with my condo association and all of the needed specs/paperwork for both the insurance, carpet and underlayment. Well worth the wait. The installers were also great, moved and put back all my furniture. Results are terrific. Thank you !
The best, most professional, customer friendly company that we have ever dealt with. Glen was a pleasure to do business with. We purchased carpet squares for our attic storage room. I installed the floor myself with installation tips from Glen. Excellent deal, high quality product, terrific price. What a great experience this was! I have been wanting to carpet our slippery wood steps for years and finally did it! I always knew I would go to Carpets to Go when it was time, based on their great reviews, and I’m so glad I did! Glenn helped me pick the most perfect runner, and the guys did a great job with installation. It’s perfect!
Our experience with Carpets To Go was absolutely amazing! Brian was incredibly patient and helpful in guiding us to the carpet for our needs being that we have two young children and two dogs in the home to consider in choosing the right match. We were able to get the carpet done in 2 weeks from stopping at the store and the installation was seamless. The final result is beautiful and we couldn't be happier!
