RecommendedJust had new carpet installed on my steps. There was so many options to choose from, the store is HUGE. I told Pete (our salesman) exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable. We wanted something dark, we have 6 of us in the house, and although we all take off our shoes, the carpet always looked dingy...showed sock fuzz and hair. Excellent service! My wife and I just bought our new home and our window of time to do anything house-related is very limited because we have a young child. Glenn bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule, even opening the store very early on a Saturday morning to meet us! We were treated like family the minute we walked in. His knowledge and candid expertise was very welcomed, and we would highly recommend him to anyone in need his services!
We used Carpets to Go to install carpeting and wood flooring in our living room and family room. Their prices are unbeatable, and their selection is enormous. 5 Stars isn't enough. Glenn and his whole team from Reception, to Sales to Installers, are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, patient and professional. I'd give 100 stars if available. We could not be more pleased with our purchase and installation of over 900 sf of Hardwood Flooring. Glenn goes above and beyond in sales and service and clearly cares about his customers satisfaction. If you are looking for a flooring company, your search is over. Carpets to Go is the only choice !
