Excellent experience from the minute we walked into the store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Asked questions to see what needs we had so they could best match what we were looking for. Jay and Dan who installed the carpet were terrific! Courteous and friendly and did a great job! Thank you Cascade Flooring!
I have to say, I had the best experience with CFA, Kevan is amazing...not only is he knowledgable about all the products. He was so patient and helpful working with me and helping me find a great LVP my HOA would approve. Then the floor crew showed up. Kenny, Matt, Jay, Dray. (sorry if I spelled wrong, or missed anyone) , so great!!! helpful, kind, respectful, they did a supper job. Everything looks spectacular - I could not be happier. So blessed. Beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Cascade Flooring America. Jeff was incredible to work with for my project replacing my carpet with hardwood floors. My installer, Vladimir, is an expert in his field. When the flooring was being installed Vladimir suggested that we pivot from the original design to a workable flow. His experience and patience made a big difference in how my hardwood floors were installed. I recommend them highly and would use them again for my next project.
It all started with the help from Kevin on the showroom floor and ended with a great installation crew. We had around 1400 square feet of LVP installed in a home that is partially built in the shape of a hexagon with an octagonal brick pad in the middle and the install crew did a great job cutting the proper angles to match the layout. We would highly recommend Cascade Flooring America.
I came by to do a will call earlier today and I have to say the attitude of everyone there, especially Frank, was spectacular. He made sure that I had everything and that the products matched and loaded everything for me. I've been to other flooring warehouses and most of the workers look miserable or irritated. Great service. Great attitude. Warehouse looks very organized.
