If you are looking for a place with a large selection of unique tiles and one that offers the best service, you have to shop at Catalfamo Gallery. Yvette was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and even met us locally near our house so we wouldn't have to drive all the way back to Ft. Lauderdale to return the samples. The tiles ordered came in faster than expected and we were so pleased with them. We highly recommend Catalfamo Gallery for the excellent customer service and the selection and quality of the products.
I hired Catalfamo for one big project that encompassed quite a few orders for different material. The project was a challenge due to issues with the end client and material suppliers. Chis is my rep and handled each challenge with attention and professionalism. This was a complicated process involving change orders . Chris helped us make a substitute that was identical to the original specs and guided the orders through the process. I would recommend Catalfamo and Chris to anyone who asks.
I used Catalfamo for the backsplash for my kitchen. I love the backsplash! It is beautiful. Catalfamo has an unbelievable selection. The staff was very professional and helpful.

I stopped by the showroom not knowing what to expect and I was amazed at the bast selection of materials available but most importantly the great costumer service I was provided with. They keep me informed and updated on the status of the order (which for the first time I didn't have to keep on calling daily to get an "not sure I will call them and call you back" answer. I was very impressed with the huge selection of beautiful tile and the expertise of the staff to help me choose the best product for my needs. You will definitely find what you're looking for in their gallery. I purchased porcelain tile for my living area then a few months later I selected different porcelain tile for the bedrooms and master bath. They even recommended an installer who I was quite pleased with.
