Absolute Rip off artist scaming my 67 yr old mother for 1300 more that there quote and treating to lien her house after sending a invoice that states paid in full than a month later a another invoice with a different number for 1300 more these people and there deceptive billing should be put out of business!
Century tile in Naperville has the WORST customer service ever! We asked if they price matched & the manager said YES, but when we showed him the price that we had found the exact item for, he said we needed to include the shipping charge & when we showed him that it was free shipping, he changed his mind & said he would not do it!! I'm a general contractor and have been in business almost 18 years and after my recent experience in Lombard I will not be buying anymore of your products. I ordered my first schluter kerdi board system, my salesman said he would help me figure out the fasteners. I called schluter to find out the manufacturer recommendations and they told me space out the fasteners 10 to 12 inches maximum and my salesman figured it for 18 inches.
