Booked them two weeks in advance, confirmed twice, and the morning of my move nobody showed up. Called the office and got voicemail for hours. Ended up renting a U-Haul and moving myself. Cost me a day off work and a security deposit. Unforgivable."

I'm not happy. They arrived 30 minutes late and were very nonchalant about it. One guy started smoking inside and I had to ask him to stop. Then the scratched my car while leaving the driveway, and didn't even attempt to stop and take a look at the damage. The rest of the move went smoothly and price was good, but I don't think I'll call again.
