They did horrible work and we ended up with a very visible seam right in front of the fireplace. That was after they’ve tried to “fix it” 3 times. We have since had a different company come out and replace that part.
Horrible quality of work, customer service, and management. They do not stand behind their work and dont care about their customers. Pre paid in full in cash for all services and flooring, and they refuse to fix the flooring that wasn’t correctly installed, and wont even return our calls now. Two months of excuses and now no response to fix the problem.
