The two believed customer service was the foundation for building a successful flooring business and for building lasting customer relationships. Greg was great to work with. Very patient and highly professional as he worked with my wife and I to select carpet for our new home. He didn't rush us, took his time and gave us thorough explanations of everything. We are looking forward to seeing the carpet once our new home gets to that point in construction.

I've referred multiple friends and family to Collins & Company for flooring. Everyone has had a very positive experience and loves the customer service. The inspectors provided a comfort level for them that other flooring customers did not provide.

I used Collin's & Company a lot when I was building homes with Culver Custom Homes. Excellent customer service! My clients always loved working with them, Great customer service and the best pricing. And now I have the pleasure of working for them!
