Comfort Flooring provided and installed both wood flooring and bedroom carpeting in my villa this year. From the beginning, both Alicia and Danielle took charge and provided superlative customer service, including in-house measuring and continuous follow up in the ordering process. Their installers were terrific and did excellent work for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Flooring. They have a great store on Home street in Mishawaka and now a one in Elkhart. Give them a try!

This is our second excellent experience having Comfort Flooring provide a new laminate floor in various rooms for us. The quality, the appearance, the discounted price, the on-time installation, the efficiency and attention to detail of Tony and Juan our installers deserve five (possibly six) stars for sure.
We had such a hard time picking carpet for our living room that would endure our kid/pet load. Tried several places-Tina was wonderful to work with and very patient as we toyed with different flooring options. Also found the carpet we liked best at Comfort Floors. Installers did a great clean job of old carpet removal and the new carpet and padding have been wearing very well over the last 3 months. Still looks like new! We had previously shopped at another flooring company and were terribly disappointed by their customer care, service, and treatment of us. So we went to Comfort Flooring and discovered a world of difference. Working with Tina was a joy. She went "above and beyond" to assist us. She was polite, personable, took the time needed, and did follow-up. We will now shop exclusively at Comfort Flooring for our flooring needs in the future.

From the moment I called Comfort Flooring, I was treated with the utmost respect. I was in a bit of a predicament from a previous contractor gone awry, so I was hesitant to have anyone come into my home to complete work.
