Horrible customer service. Went into the store about wrapping LVT, sent an email and filled out the form on the website. No call or email, 3 weeks later. Also they ordered and installed the wrong color in part of the house, never came and replaced it as they said they would. Spent a ton of money $$$$$ on 2 different houses. Will never recommend this company. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
