We had a laminate hardwood floor installed by these guys about a year ago. Since then they have been back to work on the floor 2 times, leaving more of a problem than they started with. One section of floor panel keeps coming apart from the sections around it. They came out to fix it and left leaving a bigger gap then we started with. The trim where the floor and walls meet is also shotty...
We used them last year for a BIG job and a year later they have not FIXED their mistakes. They left GLUE all over our Hardwood Floors and we get an answer every time we call. But they never have the repairs finished. Same old story. The Owner got our money and is not interested in fixing what they did. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
