I was on the fence between 4 and 5 stars and decided to lean in because Heather’s service made a positive difference at the end. We bought a solid hardwood floor, and the vendor lost that shipment. This delayed the delivery date by several weeks beyond the initial estimate, and this was communicated about 4 weeks after the initial order. We were able to speak to Heather and her manager, and found an alternative which was even better than our initial choice and that was delivered very fast. I worked with Heather Hope at the Redmond CFM and was very pleased. Heather is professional, knowledgeable, and her follow up is top notch. CFM showroom has a huge selection of tile, carpet, stone, ect. If you already know what you are looking for or would like friendly help and advice in deciding, this is the place to go!
We’re building a house, and our tile choices for all. those. bathrooms. -- and kitchen-- felt innumerable! Everyone at CFM was friendly and helpful, but throughout the process Heather became invaluable. CFM came to feel a second home as she and I spent hours together coordinating tile and its necessary accessories. Her eye for color and her continual encouragement and willingness to help was invaluable. I love the result! Thank you Heather: my house is very grateful for your designer’s eye.
I've worked with Kasey at the Redmond outlet many times. She's pleasant to work with, very helpful, knowledgeable about products and amazingly efficient. I'm a remodeling contractor. Kasey has also worked with and helped many of my clients make selections. They all come away feeling the same way that I do after working with her!
Super friendly staff with excellent variety of all sorts of tiles, flooring, counter top and other hardware. We are in the process of renovating our bathrooms and have been visiting CFM for tiles. We love the ability to check out samples. Everyone is really welcoming but huge shout out to Tony. Tony is beyond amazing and one big part of why I prefer CFM over other stores is due to Tony. Good customer service goes a long way in building long term customer relations and Tony is great at it.
