Do not waste your time with this store. They sell faulty product and do not back up their product with any type of guarantee. I am a floor-layer by trade and have laid many floors of many types with little to no issue. This place sells my mother a garbage product that is faulty and refuses to replace or refund the product and says "Well we can have our installers do it for you for an additional cost" They only care abut squeezing you for all of your hard earned money.
