We went in today to purchase 2 rooms of carpet. Couldn't figure out who, if anyone was working there. Walked over to furniture side, still no customer service. Back to flooring, walked all through there looking at carpet, found one we really liked. Still no customer service. Walked over to flea market side, was walking to the front check out, and before I could say anything, she told me my purse was too big for the flea market and asked me to leave. Oh well, will buy carpet and installation somewhere else.

This was formerly a one star but I am pleased to say that Tyler really came through for me. You learn a lot about a business seeing how they react when things don't go the way they were intended. You can't control every outcome and even when you do everything the "right way" things can just happen. Tyler was right there everytime and in the end made everything right.
