From the finding the carpet we wanted to the ordering process. Everything was perfect. Marci in the store was so very helpful in that process and so very patient. Carpet was ordered quickly and we were informed of the process/Schedule, all the time. The installer’s, Lourdes, Alex, and Angel were very professional and did an excellent job. We will be recommending cost you less carpet to family and friends when the need arises. And hopefully, in the future, we will be using them again.

We moved into a new house that had hardwood flooring that had literally shrunk due to dryness. Ed patiently took us through all the options, we ended up with a beautiful wood grained luxury vinyl with a stone core to eliminate shrinkage. We were so pleased with the installation and performance that when we needed to do the basement, we went straight to Cost U Less. We selected a robust berber that is also spectacular. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail in finishing. Great job!
