CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION ZERO STARS! This is the worst place that I have ever experienced. I would not take my worst enemy here, let alone my mother. The staff does nothing but sit behind the desk. Completely useless. My mother fell and we had to call 911- they never bothered to check on her. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. KEEP LOOKING,!
I don’t believe the transitional concept they promote when residents signup holds true as life circumstances change. People come and go and very vague explanations as what expectations should be. Be very careful when going down this road and get details in writing.
I am so grateful for being here at Windsor, This is the Best place for me, I just love the spirtual side on Windsor, and the STAFF is so wonderful, I thank GOD for Windsor.

My mom just moved to Windsor and loves it! She was apprehensive to make the move, but in less than 24 hours said, "Don't move me!" The staff has gone above and beyond to make this transition easy for her. There are plenty of activities and we have a peace in knowing that there are levels of care available to her if needed.
