They got back to me I would have to say that the communication skills of the people over at Cover-Rite Carpets are really top notch. When I called them, they told me they would get back to me and they did. They gave me a time frame in which they would call me back which most places don't do, and then they actually called me back within that time frame. That is very important to me. Great work, excellent customer service I went to Cover-Rite Carpets recently to help us pick out and install some flooring in our home, and everything with the job went quite well. The workers from Cover-Rite were very helpful at finding us some flooring that would work well for us, look good in our home, and be within our price range. The install went very well and the floor looks excellent, I would definitely go back to Cover-Rite...

Great work, very helpful! Cover-Rite Carpets has always gone way over and above anything you would expect from a carpet warehouse or cleaning service. They are very responsive when you are trying to set up appointments or talk to anyone, and are very cooperative with hours and times to come out if a schedule change has to happen. They are great not only for getting a new carpet or floor installed, but also for cleaning...

Punctual and very courteous. Everything was perfect. I recommend Cover-Rite Carpets because they do everything that you need them to do. They do a very good job, they are very punctual and they are also very courteous. I've been using them for a while, basically I started using them a while ago in my rental house and then I continued on because they did great and because I thought their prices were very fair. Everything was perfect!

It's a full service shop. I've used Cover-Rite Carpets many times before. For this last service, they haven't done the installation yet but so far, so good. And they have always done a good job with everything they've done. I know the owner, he is a friend and they have good customer service and they do what they say they are going to do. I Had A Positive Experience I have know about Cover-Rite Carpets for many years and have used them several times over the years. I had wooden flooring installed as well as having my carpet cleaned by Cover-Rite Carpets. Both results were fine - satisfactory. They take good care of their customers. What I really like about the people over at Cover-Rite Carpets is that they really take good care of their customers. I had them come clean my carpets and the technician who came out missed a spot. I called Kevin and explained what happened and he came back out and took care of it with no fuss or hassle. The price is good and the overall quality was great as well.
