Please NEVER use this company. Our new home builder contracted with them and they have done a horrible job. They have been out to our house around 18 times and still haven’t gotten the flooring right. They gave us defective tiles and have the sloppiest workmanship. The come out and do bare minimum. It’s been 1 year and 2 months and the problems still aren’t fixed.
I contracted CRT in San Antonio to install engineered wood floors and tile in my home in April of 2017, it is now October and my floors have still not been fixed after a very poor install. The salesman lied to my wife a I about the installation practices allowed by the manufacturer. We were told that it is perfectly fine to glue down the flooring to our stained and sealed concrete floors. They suck! This company is so disorganized and they are lack of communication with customers. First,their sellman wasnt very nice at the beginning ,told me the flooring only take 2 days to finish ,and claimed their guys dont take rain days off if inatalling wood floor.anyway, its been almost 2 weeks and they still havent finish my floor.(we are living in the mess because of them)Second, their installing crews had no exact time to start their job everyday (one day 9:30 other 11:00, another 11:30) .plus their installing man pr... read more
CRT don't pay there installers, they hold a retainer fee and then don't pay it back. $2300 dollars is owed!!
Don't do business with them. They no show you and make up excuses for it. 2 thumbs down.
My mom had the worst experience with her flooring installation. She had laminate wood and tile installed in her entire home. The contractors incompetent and lazy! They also destroyed many of her furnishings. The customer service was also lacking. They finished the job over 6 weeks ago, and have not returned to fix the mistakes. Repeated calls to the company have resulted in nothing! I was planning to use CRT to replace the floors in my home, but not now. I will not recommend to anyone.
