Contacted Cutting Edge based on the online reviews. The office staff was amazing and had Anthony reach out to us immediately. We were visiting our daughter from out of state and needed a prompt solution too a stairway former DIY issue. Anthony provided a time to meet and an estimate to fix the problem in a couple of days. We left it completely in their hands as a surprise to our daughter and they went above and beyond in providing a beautiful solution to a large safety concern. Trust, integrity and detail were exceptional.
Anthony was are sales rep and he went above and beyond. He came to our house with samples, he arrived during installation and then came over again after the project was done to confirm our satisfaction. He and Adrian, the installer, will make sure you our happy with the end result. Additionally, this was our first time to use LVP and we absolutely love it! What a great alternative to former traditional floorings.
