It was a very good experience for us. After getting help from Vanessa (after stopping by the big box stores first) we found someone who knew what she was talking about and she guided us and assisted us to get what we were looking for. Also, the installers were top notch! 4 guys who were very professional, very polite and very good at what they do. They removed the old carpet and padding, moved furniture, installed new carpet and padding and did a great job. Cleaned up and left! I was impressed...still am!
Replaced our 11 year old carpets in our entire home with Dalton Carpet One. Vanessa the Floor Specialist was very charming, great knowledge of Flooring/Carpet and customer focused!! The install team lead by Victor were very detailed and take great pride in their work. We are very pleased with our finished product. Only suggestion would be to ask estimator where the seams will be to ensure that they are not in a high traffic path. We highly recommend Dalton Carpet One for your flooring needs. Thank You Dalton!
From the start of looking at tiles all the way to completion of a major home renovation, I could not be happier. Suzy was very patient as I struggled making all the various choices.
