I hired Dalton Carpet One to remodel my bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. The tile work was great but my poor rating is from the design, communication and costs to correct any problems. My project was quite expensive. Dalton delivered a cabinet that was damaged that they have not fixed; a vanity that is missing two handles that is still not fixed and a shower that leaks. Had carpet installed in three bedrooms and hallway. Installers arrived when promised and did a great job. Very professional. I have to give Robin Rivera a "10". She was very helpful with the carpet selection, and spent time helping me select the correct paint colors. Good experience all around.

Tried to get some rugs cut and bound. The wrong carpet was bound, I had to keep calling to see if the rugs were ready. Then when I went to pick up the rugs I was told they were not ready. There was no real communication between employees that I spoke with. I really felt like I was not a priority for this company. I will not be recommending them for carpet and flooring needs in Athens,

Beware! Dalton carpet one sells flooring sealed in the box that is dammaged and unuseable and then refuse to accept returns of opened boxes. They call these seconds or B grade but they are actually dammaged and unuseable. This is a deceptive practice of dumping junk on customers.
